Hello! We are looking for one or two people to sublease one or two rooms for June and/or July of 2026. Rent is $1,450 for each room, per month. The apartment is newly renovated, located about a 5-minute walk from UC Berkeley on Northside. We have one male subleaser for the summer, but he has his own in-room bathroom, so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
